How the process works

Start by contacting the Farm Science Review office to discuss your event and ask about availability. Then complete the appropriate reservation form for the facility you want to use. Rental applications are reviewed for approval and fees apply.

What kinds of events can be held here?

These facilities are available for agricultural, natural resource, meeting, and educational events, subject to approval. No events involving alcohol are considered.

Do I need to call before submitting a Gwynne reservation form?

Yes, we ask that groups call 614-292-4278 before submitting the reservation form to confirm that their preferred day and time are available.

Are rental fees required?

Yes, rental fees help us offset the cost of managing your rental and our facilities for normal wear during events.
