Please find the necessary forms for your organization below, to complete and return to our office on or before August 8, 2021 to confirm your participation in the field demonstrations. Only those applications received by the deadline date are assured of participation. These forms will insure your organization of space in the Machinery Parking Areas and in the Trotter Field Demonstrations.
All corn and soybeans harvested during the Review will be hauled to the grain facility in the demonstrator's wagons. No grain carts, tandem wagons or tractors with duals will be permitted in the grain storage area. If a grain cart is to be used in the field, arrangements must be made by the demonstrator to transfer grain to a wagon for delivery.
The mandatory Trotter Field Demo Meeting for field demonstrators will be conducted on Monday, September 20 at 2:00 p.m. near the loading dock. Field passes are handed out ONLY at the meeting. You must be represented at the meeting to receive your allotment of field passes and ensure your participation in the field demonstrations. A safety briefing will also occur at this meeting.
Fuel will be available for sale for equipment starting on Thursday, September 16th and will conclude on September 23rd. The fuel truck will be located at the north side of the loading dock and available to drive to staged equipment. Plan on purchasing fuel in the mornings, if possible. DEF is available upon request.
