Ready to exhibit at Farm Science Review? Follow these steps to complete your application, confirm your space and prepare your exhibitor listing. Start early so your team has time to finish each requirement before the show.

1 Complete the application

Submit your exhibitor application to begin the process.

2 Confirm your space assignment

Returning exhibitors must respond by March 1 to keep their current space assignment.

3 Pay your invoice

You will receive an invoice after your space has been assigned.

4 Sign the rental agreement

Review and sign your rental agreement to finalize your exhibit details.

5 Send your certificate of insurance

Ask your insurance provider to send a certificate of insurance directly to the Farm Science Review office. To make this step easier, exhibitors may also use Rainprotection Insurance, which offers coverage that meets the event requirements.

6 Review the Exhibitor Information Guide

When the guide is released, use it to find important details about landscape services, tents and rental supplies, shipping and receiving procedures, and other exhibitor planning information.

7 Update your Exhibitor Dashboard

Keep your exhibitor profile current so attendees can find your business. Be sure to add company details for keyword search, update product categories for the printed program and enhance your listing with photos, videos and more.

8 Order extra tickets and passes

Make sure your booth is fully staffed by ordering any additional tickets or passes your team needs.
