Insurance requirements for exhibitors
All exhibitors must provide a certificate of insurance that meets Farm Science Review requirements. Coverage must be in effect for the full event period, including setup and teardown, and must list The Ohio State University as certificate holder and additional insured. The guide also states that Molly Caren Agricultural Center must be named as additional insured, and minimum coverage is $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate. Certificates are due to the Farm Science Review office by July 1, 2026.
If your current policy does not meet those requirements, exhibitors may purchase a compliant policy through Rainprotection Insurance. The guide says that option is designed to meet show requirements and may be especially helpful for exhibitors who do not already have coverage or whose current policy does not cover them for the event.
