Key Dates and Deadlines

Full payment due

Full payment due for exhibitors to appear in the show program. Contracted pricing also applies through this date.

Last day for rental agreements, insurance certificates, cancellations

Signed space rental agreements must be received before July 1 for an exhibitor’s name to appear in the show program. Certificates of insurance are also due by July 1, 2025. Cancellations received before July 1 are eligible for a full refund.

Last day for prorated cancellation

This is the last day for possible prorated cancellation refunds. No refunds are made after July 31.

Pass and parking permit pickup

Exhibitor pass and parking permit pickup begins.

Deadline to return packet release form

Deadline to return the packet release form with payment if you want exhibitor passes forwarded.

Last day to ship passes and permits

Last day for shipping passes, permits and tickets.

Shipments start to show site

First day to receive shipments at the show site. Outdoor lots are available for move-in, and the exhibit area opens for placing exhibits at 8 a.m.

Security begins

24-hour security begins in the main exhibit area at 7 p.m.

Complete setup

All setup must be complete by 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21. After that time, no additional machinery, equipment or exhibit materials may enter the exhibit area without permission from management. One company representative must also sign for the complete exhibitor packet by 9 p.m. Online presale ticket pricing ends at midnight.

Show is active

Farm Science Review show dates. Official show hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday.

Career Fair

The FSR Career Exploration Fair takes place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for OABA members and Farm Science Review exhibitors.

Teardown begins

Displays must remain intact until 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24. Trucks are not allowed in the exhibit area until 3 p.m. Fuel service also concludes on Sept. 24, and online ticket refund requests must be submitted by the end of show hours that day.

Security ends

24-hour security ends on Wednesday, Sept. 30. All exhibits must be removed by 4:30 p.m. Dead storage items should be removed by 4 p.m.
