Exhibitor passes and parking permits
Each exhibitor will receive an allotment of exhibitor passes and parking permits based on lot size:
- Each exhibitor pass admits 1 person for all three days of Farm Science Review.
- Each parking permit allows 1 vehicle into designated exhibitor parking areas, as space permits.
Passes may be worn as name badges, but they are not personalized to an individual or company. A ticket or pass is required at all entry gates.
Pass pickup and shipping
Exhibitor pass and parking permit pickup begins Aug. 18.
To have your passes forwarded, you will need to submit payment by Aug. 28.
Sept. 4 is the last day we can ship passes, permits and tickets.
Additional exhibitor packets
Additional packets may be purchased for $30 per packet. Each packet includes:
- 1 exhibitor pass
- 1 parking pass
Passes and parking permits are not sold separately, and exhibitor packet are not refundable. Lost or misplaced packets are not reissued.
Online and in-office ticket sales
Online presale tickets are available July 1 through midnight Sept. 15 for $10 each.
After midnight on Sept. 15, online tickets move to the $15 gate price.
Refund requests must be submitted to the ticket provider by the end of show hours on Sept. 24, 2026.
Cash-basis advance sale tickets are available at Farm Science Review Headquarters from Sept. 3 through Sept. 15, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Important note for exhibitors
An exhibitor pass cannot be exchanged for a single-day admission ticket. One company representative must sign for the complete packet by 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 2026.
